Privacy policy

ICT Pro s.r.o., with its registered office at Sochorova 38, 616 00 Brno, Company ID 46971441, registered with the Regional Court in Brno under File C 7301 ("ICT Pro"), places great importance on protecting your personal data. We process personal data in accordance with applicable Czech data-protection law and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit the ICT Pro websites (www.ictpro.cz, www.skoleni-ict.cz, www.skoleni-softskills.cz and www.ict-training.cz) and when ICT Pro provides services you have ordered.

1. Service Delivery, Knowledge Guarantee and Graduate Discount

When a service is ordered, ICT Pro processes the Customer's personal data to enter into and perform the contract and to deliver the training. This may include:

  • first name and surname;
  • company;
  • email address;
  • telephone number; and
  • billing address.

These details are also used to identify customers who claim the Knowledge Guarantee or a graduate discount on a later order. The data is available only to authorised ICT Pro personnel and is not disclosed to third parties except where required to provide the service or by law.

Your rights

  • You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, to access that data and the related information.
  • You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected and, where relevant to the purpose of processing, incomplete data completed.
  • You have the right to erasure and to restriction of processing in the cases provided by law.
  • You may receive personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and may transmit it to another controller where the statutory conditions are met.
  • You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
  • You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully or your rights have otherwise been infringed.

Direct marketing: You may object at any time to processing of your personal data for direct marketing, including related profiling. Once you object, your data will no longer be processed for that purpose.

2. Marketing Communications

If a visitor or customer requests marketing communications, ICT Pro processes the data supplied for that purpose, at minimum the email address and a record of consent. This data is processed until consent is withdrawn.

Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by written notice, by email or by clicking the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.

3. Cookies

A cookie is a small data file sent by a server and stored by the visitor's browser. The browser returns the data on later visits. Cookies can make a website easier to use and allow its content to be adapted to visitors' needs. They are not used by ICT Pro to establish the identity of visitors.

Types of cookies

Cookies may be temporary (session cookies) or persistent. They can also be grouped by purpose:

  • Essential cookies, which are required for the website to function correctly;
  • Analytics and marketing cookies, which help us understand how the website is used and evaluate marketing; and
  • Functional cookies, which remember settings and preferences.

Third-party services used on the website may include Google, Sklik and Facebook.
