Employee Training Grants 2026–2028

We will help you design a programme that develops your employees and meets the grant requirements

The Czech Training for Companies programme allows employers to apply for support for professional training and for a contribution towards employees' wage costs while they attend training.

Subject to the programme conditions, total support may reach CZK 478.19 for each employee training hour. Applications can already be submitted, and training may take place from 24 August 2026 to 30 September 2028.

A successful application requires more than a list of unrelated courses. The training must form a coherent, connected programme relevant to the participants' job roles, the company's needs and the project rules.

Extensive corporate training experience

ICT Pro has many years of experience delivering company training projects in information technology and digital skills, from programmes for large groups of users to specialist workshops for expert teams.

We begin by reviewing the employees involved, the knowledge and skills they need, how the training relates to their roles, the intended outcomes and a realistic format and schedule. We then design a coherent programme that makes professional sense and respects the grant conditions.

A complete programme tailored to your organisation

The programme may combine our established standard courses. Where these do not fully meet your needs, we can adapt their content, add specialist modules, focus on your technology and working environment, create practical workshops around real tasks, or develop a new course from scratch.

You do not need to decide which courses can be combined into the minimum 50-hour programme. We will propose a suitable combination, add the required topics and prepare a realistic schedule.

How ICT Pro can help

  1. Assess your training needs by reviewing roles, existing knowledge and required skills.
  2. Build a coherent programme from suitable standard and tailored courses.
  3. Propose the scope and schedule, including classroom or online delivery.
  4. Provide experienced instructors and deliver the training, including materials, completion records and delivery documentation.
  5. Connect you with grant specialists. Our partner Zlepšovatelé can assist with the application, market research and project administration.

  • A programme may combine several related courses or modules, but they must form one coherent whole.
  • There may be no more than 15 participants in one programme run.
  • Each employee must attend at least 80% of the programme and receive proof of completion.
  • Employees under 50 may receive support for up to 80 hours; employees aged 50 or over for up to 100 hours.
  • Training may begin only after the agreement with the Czech Labour Office has been concluded.
  • The approved schedule and required records must be maintained.

Level of support

The stated support consists of CZK 260.73 per employee-hour for training and CZK 217.46 per employee-hour towards wage costs, giving a potential total of CZK 478.19 per employee-hour.

For example, ten employees completing 54 hours represent 540 employee-hours. Based on the stated rates, the total potential support is approximately CZK 258,224. The actual benefit depends on training costs, participant numbers, programme scope and compliance with all conditions.
