Tato kolekce školení vám poskytne praktické dovednosti pro poskytování virtuálních desktopů a aplikací prostřednictvím jediné platformy infrastruktury virtuálních desktopů. Své dovednosti v oblasti konfigurace a správy VMware Horizon® 8 budete rozvíjet prostřednictvím kombinace přednášek a praktických cvičení. Naučíte se, jak konfigurovat a nasazovat pooly virtuálních počítačů a jak poskytovat koncovým uživatelům přizpůsobené desktopové prostředí. Kromě toho se naučíte instalovat a konfigurovat platformu infrastruktury virtuálních desktopů. Naučíte se instalovat a konfigurovat VMware Horizon® Connection Server™, VMware Unified Access Gateway™, konfigurovat load balancer pro použití s Horizonem a vytvořit architekturu Cloud Pod.

  • Create and optimize Windows VMs to create Horizon desktops
  • Install and configure Horizon Agent on Horizon desktop
  • Configure and manage the VMware Horizon® Client™ systems and connect the client to a VMware Horizon desktop
  • Configure, manage, and entitle desktop pools of full VMs
  • Configure, manage, and entitle pools of instant-clone desktops
  • Create and use Remote Desktop Services (RDS) desktops and application pools
  • Monitor the Horizon environment using Horizon Console Dashboard and Horizon Help Desk Tool
  • Identify Horizon Connection Server installation, architecture, and requirements.
  • Describe the authentication and certification options for a Horizon environment
  • Recognize the integration process and benefits of VMware Workspace ONE® Access™ and Horizon 8
  • Discuss performance and scalability options available in Horizon 8
  • Describe different security options for the Horizon environment
Prerequisites:
Ability to use VMware vSphere® Client™ to view the state of virtual machines, datastores, and networks.
Experience accessing the guest operating system from the VMware vCenter Server™ virtual machine console.
Ability to navigate Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2008.

Do I need to bring my own laptop to the classroom IT course?Our training rooms are fully equipped, so you do not need to bring your own laptop. A modern computer with all necessary hardware and software is ready for you at your workstation.

Will you receive an official certificate after completing an IT course?Yes, upon successful completion of the training course, you will receive an official ICT Pro certificate confirming your participation and acquired technical skills.
