MS Dynamics NAV Workshop – Sales and Receivables (NAV07)

This hands-on workshop is aimed at users active in the sales area — accountants, sales reps, billing clerks and warehouse staff. Offered in two levels (basic and advanced), it focuses on sales processes, system navigation, configuration and practical NAV tasks for daily work.

You will work with customer records and the full sales cycle: quotes, sales orders, invoices and credit notes. The course shows posting flows, handling returns, running reports and using filters, plus practical examples and periodic sales activities in NAV.

  • Process quotes, sales orders and blanket orders
  • Create and post invoices and credit notes
  • Handle returns and incoming return orders
  • View and analyse posted documents and deliveries
  • Run reports and apply filters for sales insights
