The Digitalization of IT Service Management with ITIL® 4 course provides an introduction to modern IT service management, with a special focus on digitalization and process optimization using digital tools such as the ITIL® Maturity Model and ChatGPT. ITIL® 4, the latest iteration of the ITIL® framework, introduces new principles and practices tailored to contemporary digital and technology-driven work environments.
The course is conducted in Czech, but all provided study materials and the certification exam are in English.
