This course shows how to plan, deploy and operate Synology collaboration services with focus on Drive, Office and Chat. It covers system requirements, deployment options, secure sharing, access control, cross-site synchronization and versioning.

Hands-on labs and demos cover administration and automation with the Synology Admin Console, exploring Drive ShareSync, HybridShare and Chat integrations. Practical exercises focus on governance, backup planning, webhooks, slash commands and team workflows.
