This LPI Certification Bootcamp offers intensive preparation for the first LPIC-1 certification exam (LPI101), which is needed to achieve LPIC-1 Professional Certification.
Intermediate and experienced Linux administrators can review their existing knowledge and fill in any gaps. In addition to a goal-oriented review of the exam material, the organization and procedure of the exams themselves are presented and the participants are prepared for the exam situation using realistic test questions.

This training course will help you:

  • Succeed in the first LPIC-1 certification exam (101) and obtain the LPIC-1 Professional Certification
  • Get acquainted with the real exam situations using authentic test questions
  • Work at the Linux command line
  • Perform easy maintenance tasks: help users, add users to a larger system, backup and restore, shutdown and reboot
  • Install and configure a workstation (including X)
  • Connect a workstation to a LAN, or a standalone PC to the Internet

Assumed knowledge:
The main requirement for participating in this training course is having general knowledge of Linux administration and ideally also at least 3 months of Linux experience.
