Online courses

ICT virtualPro courses provide live interaction between participants and the instructor, making it possible to address individual situations and work with the most up-to-date course content.

Unlike a conventional video course or webinar, the instructor can see each participant's work and, when needed, assist directly on their screen using the mouse and keyboard. All you need is a computer, an internet connection and a microphone; headphones are also recommended. For technically demanding courses, you may not even need the application being taught—you can connect through a browser to our standardised training environment.

Under our Knowledge Guarantee, virtualPro graduates may later attend the equivalent classroom course free of charge.
