Training needs assessment

To help identify training needs, we have developed diagnostic tests for the most commonly used Microsoft Office applications. Participants can use them to verify which areas and proficiency level they should focus on.

The format of these pre-training assessments depends on the client's requirements. It can range from a self-assessment based on course outlines, followed by our evaluation and allocation of participants to suitable groups, to advanced tests with automatic scoring. We always recommend a method whose effort is proportionate to the expected benefit.

Our experience in adult education helps us place employees in courses at the right level. At the start of each course, our instructors can also quickly check the participants' existing knowledge and adapt the pace and focus accordingly. When we deliver the training, our support with pre-course assessment and group allocation using our materials and expertise is provided free of charge.
