This course covers essential theory and practical basics for reliably creating PDF documents. Participants master various conversion methods — from MS Office, images and text files to web pages — and learn efficient scanning workflows and quality checks for consistent output.

You will learn to edit and annotate PDFs, manage pages, images and text, and prepare files for distribution. The course also covers preparation for publishing, methods to optimize file size and options to export PDFs to Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
