This two-day practical course teaches BPMN 2.0 to help business analysts understand company processes, capture them clearly and communicate with stakeholders and developers. You will learn core notation, process modeling techniques, common pitfalls and hands-on modeling of real scenarios.

The course blends interactive lectures and practical exercises with a professional modeling tool. You will use Camunda Modeler, explore automation basics, practice validation and follow best practices to create readable, maintainable models that bridge business and IT.

Do I need to bring my own laptop to the classroom IT course?Our training rooms are fully equipped, so you do not need to bring your own laptop. A modern computer with all necessary hardware and software is ready for you at your workstation.
