We present Microsoft Copilot as a practical AI companion and trace the evolution of AI. You will learn how ChatGPT and Copilot generate results, the technologies behind them, and practical paths to integrate Copilot into everyday workflows across M365.

The course mixes hands-on labs using full Copilot licenses with guidance on AI security and practical change management. Participants build team projects that integrate AI tools, test real scenarios and evaluate adoption, governance and user training.
