Forms & Excel – Data Collection and Automated Processing (FRME)

Microsoft Office, Collaboration

Are you planning to collect feedback, event registrations and internal requests within your company and then evaluate them? Forget manual data entry and confusing emails.

We will teach you how to create an elegant questionnaire, connect it to a “live” Excel table and turn the collected data into a clear visual dashboard without the need for complex programming. The finishing touch will be automating the process with Power Automate.

THIS TRAINING COURSE WILL HELP YOU:

  • Work with different types of questions and forms
  • Structure questionnaires, set rules and restrict responses
  • Analyse responses using pivot tables
  • Set up automatic notifications when a form is completed

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

  • Regular and moderately advanced M365 users who need to collect data from colleagues or customers and present the results.
  • Assistants, HR specialists, office managers and team leaders who regularly organise events, satisfaction surveys or process internal requests.
  • Beginner analysts and project coordinators who want to save time spent cleaning and formatting manually entered data.
