Helm (HELM1)

Virtualization, Kubernetes

Helm is the de facto standard for packaging and deploying applications on Kubernetes. Adopted by distributions like Rancher, it streamlines lifecycle work by offering reusable, versioned charts, controlled releases and templated manifests for repeatable deployments.

This hands-on course explains how Helm works and how to use it to manage Kubernetes applications. You will learn installation, chart structure, template syntax and release workflows, then practice creating portable charts, authoring templates and managing releases.

THIS TRAINING COURSE WILL HELP YOU:

  • Understand how Helm works and how to use it
  • Practice using Helm and create your own charts
  • Deploy and manage applications with Helm charts

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

  • Application developers working with Kubernetes
  • Kubernetes administrators and operators
  • DevOps engineers responsible for portable deployments
