This hands-on workshop introduces users to Microsoft Dynamics NAV, focusing on core navigation, system interface and essential administration. You will learn navigation and shortcuts, user access and permissions, company and database basics, and practical data backup procedures.

Through guided examples you'll process common business documents in Navision, covering sales orders and deliveries, stock receipts and transfers, payments and bank statements, and standard reports and inventory tasks to build practical confidence.
