Numerical Computing on GPUs (CUDA5)

Programming, Programming - other

This course focuses on numerical computing on GPUs, covering CUDA, OpenCL, and general-purpose GPGPU programming. You will learn GPU-aware numerical algorithms, performance considerations and how to map computations to graphics hardware.

The course explains integration with scientific tools like Matlab, R, Octave and CAS systems, and shows real-world examples. It requires a basic programming background and follows a preparatory CUDA/GPU course; taught in Czech or English.

THIS TRAINING COURSE WILL HELP YOU:

  • Implement numerical algorithms on GPU hardware
  • Develop and run CUDA and OpenCL kernels
  • Integrate GPU code with Matlab, R and Octave
  • Analyze and optimize GPU performance for numerical tasks

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

  • Engineers and scientists using numerical simulations
  • Software developers learning GPGPU programming
  • Researchers needing faster numerical computations
  • Data analysts wanting GPU-accelerated workflows

COURSE LOCATION AND AVAILABLE DATES

Public courses are usually delivered in Czech, but this course is also available in English. We can arrange private training for your team online, at your premises or in our classrooms, and tailor the content to your needs.

For groups of around 4 or more participants, private training can already be comparable in price to booking individual places on a public course. Send us your requirements and we’ll recommend the best format and provide an exact quote.
