Provedeme Vás celým Vaším pracovním dnem v prostředí Microsft 365. Ukážeme si, jak správně rozdělit agendu mezi e-mail a týmový chat, jak efektivně plánovat schůzky v kalendáři a jak bezpečně sdílet soubory na OneDrive a SharePointu. Microsoft 365 nabízí špičkové nástroje, ale jejich skutečná síla spočívá v jejich vzájemném propojení.

THIS TRAINING COURSE WILL HELP YOU:

  • Získat povědomí o tom, kdy použít e-mail (Outlook) a kdy zvolit rychlý týmový chat (Teams)
  • Bezpečně sdílet dokumenty z OneDrive/SharePointu pomocí odkazů s nastavenými právy
  • S úpravou dokumentů v reálném čase více lidmi najednou bez rizika ztráty nebo přepsání dat
  • Plánovat schůzky a rezervace místností bez desítek vyjasňujících e-mailů

Do I need to bring my own laptop to the classroom IT course?Our training rooms are fully equipped, so you do not need to bring your own laptop. A modern computer with all necessary hardware and software is ready for you at your workstation.

Will you receive an official certificate after completing an IT course?Yes, upon successful completion of the training course, you will receive an official ICT Pro certificate confirming your participation and acquired technical skills.
