Practical SQL (SQLP)

Databases, Microsoft SQL

Built on participant feedback, this course consolidates essentials from SQL1 and suits self-learners. It focuses on practical application of SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY and subqueries using real SQL Server data to turn theory into hands-on experience and problem-solving.

You will also practice schema changes and data operations: CREATE, ALTER, DROP and INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE, plus filtering, aggregation, multi-condition logic and referential integrity. Exercises use realistic datasets and scenarios to build confident, day-to-day skills.

THIS TRAINING COURSE WILL HELP YOU:

  • Apply SELECT, JOINs, GROUP BY and subqueries
  • Create and modify tables and relations
  • Safely insert, update and delete data
  • Work with constraints and referential integrity

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

  • Graduates of the SQL1 basics course
  • Self-learners seeking hands-on practice
  • Database developers and analysts
  • Anyone working with SQL Server data
