System and Database Administration: SAP Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise 16 (ASE3)

This course focuses on administering SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise, basic monitoring and performance tuning, and on efficient use of system resources (memory, disks, CPU) to build a secure, easy-to-manage database system.

You will install ASE and practice tasks hands-on, including backups, resource tuning and lock management. The course also covers system and user-defined roles to help you run and secure real-world ASE deployments.
