This course introduces testers and test analysts to core concepts and practical methods of usability principles. You will learn to plan and run moderated and remote sessions, observe users, perform heuristic review, and measure outcomes using techniques, metrics and user tasks.

You will practice designing realistic test scenarios, preparing tasks, and recruiting participants. The course covers test design, requirements gathering, session facilitation, and effective reporting to share findings and recommend improvements to teams and stakeholders.

Do I need to bring my own laptop to the classroom IT course?Our training rooms are fully equipped, so you do not need to bring your own laptop. A modern computer with all necessary hardware and software is ready for you at your workstation.
