Windows Server – Advanced Administration, Hyper–V and High Availability (WS164)

Microsoft, Windows Server

This course provides handson skills to deploy and manage a virtualization platform with Hyper-V, including setup of virtual machines, configuration of networks and storage and automation of administrative tasks using PowerShell and PowerShell Direct for efficient operations.

The course emphasizes high availability and rapid service recovery via failover clustering and Windows Server Backup, covers deploying Windows Server and Hyper-V containers, and configuring NLB for load distribution with theory and hands-on labs for real scenarios.

THIS TRAINING COURSE WILL HELP YOU:

  • Install and configure Hyper-V and manage virtual machines
  • Manage Hyper-V and VMs using PowerShell and PowerShell Direct
  • Design and implement high-availability solutions with failover clusters
  • Perform backup and recovery of VMs and servers with Windows Backup

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

  • Windows Server system administrators
