Windows Server – Network Services (WS162)

Microsoft, Windows Server

This course gives practical skills for designing, deploying and operating network services on Microsoft Windows Server. Through hands-on labs you'll implement and manage DHCP, DNS and IPv4/IPv6, and learn practical troubleshooting and monitoring.

Combining theory with hands-on labs, you will integrate Windows networking with Active Directory, deploy dual-stack IPv4/IPv6 solutions and secure network services. The course also covers implementation and troubleshooting of DirectAccess and VPN.

THIS TRAINING COURSE WILL HELP YOU:

  • Plan and manage IPv4 address spaces and client settings
  • Deploy and administer DHCP services on Windows Server
  • Implement IPv6 and dual-stack configurations
  • Configure DNS zones and integrate with Active Directory
  • Deploy DirectAccess and VPN and troubleshoot connectivity

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

  • Windows Server system administrators
  • Network technicians and engineers
  • IT specialists responsible for network security
