This course expands CUCM configuration and monitoring to advanced features such as Extension Mobility, Automated Alternate Routing (AAR), Selective Number Reachability (SNR) and Intercluster Trunk, focusing on policy, routing and call control behaviors.
Hands-on labs reinforce concepts with real configuration and troubleshooting using Cisco hardware and software platforms. You will practice Device Mobility, Extension Mobility, CAC and QoS and use monitoring tools like RTMT and DNA Center for fault analysis.
