Practical Business Analysis in Enterprise Architect (BAPEA)
Programming, OOA, UML
In the Practical Business Analysis in Enterprise Architect course, you will have the opportunity to practice the basic principles of business analysis using one coherent case in Sparx Enterprise Architect. It gradually covers process design, use case scenario creation, screen design and detailed systems analysis, giving you a realistic understanding of how the individual parts of business analysis fit together.
This training is intended for project team members involved in developing information systems. Together, we will create a complete analysis in Enterprise Architect! Our Practical Business Analysis course offers a genuinely hands-on guide to connecting analytical skills with available technologies for high-quality information system analysis. We will begin by jointly reviewing the customer's project brief and clarifying its requirements and needs. We will then move on to designing the solution. We will enter the basic set of requirements into the model, process the business domain and business processes, create system use cases, and develop a state diagram of the main business structure. We will create a component model and design the interaction of these components within the system. We will connect everything correctly using relationships to maintain the required traceability. Each participant will thus create their own analytical model of a specific business case.
THIS TRAINING COURSE WILL HELP YOU:
- Create a system model independently in a CASE tool, including relationships for suitable tracing and linking of elements
- Analyze a project brief, identify requirements and design a solution using UML and BPMN models
- Combine analytical skills with technology and independently process a specific business case into a functional model
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

- Project team members looking for useful, practical tips and tricks for their work
- Anyone who has always wanted to know how business analysis is done but was afraid to ask
