This intensive one-day bridge course is designed for professionals who already hold ITIL® 4 Foundation and want to transition to ITIL 5. The course focuses only on key changes, new enhancements and practical AI integration in a modern digital context.

You will learn to map value streams, apply the Unified Lifecycle Model (Discover, Design, Build, Deliver, Support, Operate) and align ITIL 5 with AI governance, Agile and DevOps. The course includes exam practice, sample questions and guidance to renew your ITIL certification for another 3 years.
