This foundational course introduces development with the Spring Framework, focusing on building applications with Spring Boot. You will learn core concepts like dependency injection, inversion of control and the typical Spring application architecture.

Hands-on modules cover the web layer with Spring MVC, templating with Thymeleaf and building REST APIs, the data layer with JPA and JDBC Template plus database migration (Flyway) and application security and deployment topics.
