VMware vSphere 8.x – Practical Use and Advanced Administration of ESXi and vCenter (VMW2)

This five-day course guides you through practical deployment, configuration and administration of VMware vSphere 8.x, covering the ESXi hypervisor and vCenter Server. It begins with hands-on installation, core management and security aligned with VMW1.

Final two days focus on Enterprise features: distributed switches, resource control with DRS & SIOC, and high availability via Fault Tolerance. You will also learn PowerCLI automation, Host Profiles, VM replication and large-scale operations best practices.

  • Install and configure ESXi and vCenter Server.
  • Manage virtual machines, networking and storage resources.
  • Configure high availability, vMotion and backup strategies.
